Dear Andy & Pierce. This slice to draw plan is nothing short of sensational. I am a 55 year old woman who spent her early childhood at the Real Golf de Pedreña in Santander, Spain. This is, the town and golf course where Seve Ballesteros grew up and then lived all of his life. He eventually married my cousin Carmen, so his Swing and game has been edged in my brain since childhood. My life took me elsewhere for years, and I completely abandonned Gol. However, I have recently gone back, and thanks to you both am enjoying it tremendously. My backswing is just easy, it’s just there (don’t ask me why, it just stayed in my visual memory, and I don’t have any problem with it. The finish, however, I hve been struggling with for months. The Third and fourth week of this coaching plan, addressing first, club face rotation through the ball (catching raindrops excercise) and finally club path through the ball (swinging slightly right of target, through the wood covers) just did the trick for me. Somehow I remember a longer finish and bending my back waaay back after the finish... something impossible to do at my age despite being in rather good shape for my age. Thank you both for your amazing on line instruction! Lucrecia Botin

What kind of trickery is this!!! :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing: Guys, what a great, well instructed course. I completed this after being out of golf for just over 3 years. I went to the range a few weeks ago and everything was either slicing or pushing. I just finished the course today and I am just back from the range. My first drive was unreal. Lovely sweeping draw. I actually laughed and thought no way. So i hit a few more and i was hitting them really well. Now I did push and i did slice a few. BUT, it was only a few. We cant hit them well every single time eh?? I have to give credit where credits due. This course has helped me massively. Being out for so long, you forget the simplest of things and this was great to ease me back in. Very impressed. I'm hoping that my old 10 hc that i still have to play off will be falling a bit lower now. Now, which course is next!! :flag_in_hole: :golfer:

I tend to pull hook my irons and slice my drives, both from the same over the top swing fault. This fault has got worse as I have got older, maybe because my hip flexibility is not what it used to be. The series of drills in these four sessions now have me hitting draws! It is still a bit of a challenge with the driver, but most important of all I now I have a better feel for what the club path and face should be doing. I found the head cover gate drill really made a difference for me, along with the Sergio drill, which isn’t included in this plan but mentioned in other parts of your website. Well done guys.

I started this very sceptical to be honest, I sliced everything that wasn’t an iron and thought it was unfixable. Having put a few of the drills into practice it paid off. I was hitting straight and some draws with my 3 wood. I will try the driver in time but getting used to the 3 wood first. Just got a bit carried away at the end of my round where I tried to swing harder and came to steep and hit the ground after the ball and topped it. Overall I am really pleased with the outcome. Having not played for 6 months due to shanks and slices I am back on track. Cheers guys

Thanks Andy and Pierce! I’ve adopted more shoulder rotation along with a lot of the lessons from this series, like stronger grip and “catching raindrops”. I’m not always drawing the ball, but at least I’ve eliminated that dreaded slice and hitting my irons straighter and a lot crisper than ever now! So much so I need to recalibrate all my yardages as I find I’m over hitting greens now!! That’s how good the contact is!

Im Little late out of the gate buys none the less fantastic. The term rotation has to do with the club twisting from face open at backswing, square thru the ball and closed at follow thru, right? When I hear that phrase "through the ball" that means rotation of the club from take away back down square and closed at follow through?

This is a great roadmap to understanding why your mechanics cause a slice. If you work hard at the practice range and follow the structure in the right order then changing you slice to a draw should be easily guaranteed. I have went from a best score of 82 to a best score of 74 and with a lot more consistency.

Hi Andy & Piers, Great plan, I've seen many videos of slice help, yours was the only one that got it, my problem was mainly in greap, to weak, now goodbye slice, careful hook, now I just have to get used to the new greap until it's becomes my normal greap. Thank you, you guys have won. best regards

Fantastic 4 week course. After week 1 I was hitting the ball straight, after week 2 I was drawing the ball. Week 3 and 4 I was fine tuning. I hit my 4iron as perfect as I have ever hit it 216yds with a nice easy draw. My miss is no longer the ballon slice it is the sharp, low, draw.

Great plan. Simple and easy to follow. Took me longer than 4 weeks to draw 3 out of 5 drives (driver is the club in which I am most inconsistent with) but it works. Great jobs guys. Love the videos. Best golf instructional website out there by far. Working on breaking 90 now.
