The workouts are nice. It is not easy to pick which workout(s) will best meet your goals since you only have a title to go by on the website with no ability to look at a written description to understand muscle groups the workouts or moves target or which workout will help with what part of your swing. It would be nice if there were front and side views to properly see movement and form. It would also be nice if there was a small popup showing which muscle groups are targeted by each move. It is sometimes unclear if I have adjusted my body to feel the move correctly. But watching on an android phone, whether through the website or app, is very inconvenient to watch since it continually allows the phone to go to sleep after a few minutes making it almost impossible to get through the workout. If I drag the laptop out and redo tv connections each time, I can at least watch videos.
Although I find some of the moves difficult, I stick with it and do the moves as best I can. I'd say I'm feeling some of the benefits, my swing rotation has improved and I feel more confident and loose before I take a shot. Highly recommended I'd say!!
Love the program! It definitely improves my rotation, flexibility and balance but also gives me a better feel of what I am doing during the golf swing. My core feels strong and stable. A must do for all golfers!
This is an excellent series for the beginner and one experienced with yoga. I'm using several elements in my daily routine and warm. I'll come back to the balance and recovery section a lot.
Great program. Old gym rat. Always lifting for strength and size and have neglected flexibility. At 59 and two back surgeries I need this more than ever.
