    Really helpful! I have a pretty good range of flexibility already but it allowed me to key in on certain areas important to golf which has helped improve my ROM in my swing

    I love the flexibility routine. The maintenance videos have given me a feeling of a lot of freedom and awareness in my swing. I love the warm up video and use it before each round to feel ready to play at my best. Great stuff Piers and Andy!

    Very good series. I like the coach Andy Caldwell; I like his connecting exercises to golf and muscle groups used. I will be returning, especially to the challenging exercises. I need to go back and measure changes (as given in week 1).

    I am a 65 year old and started golf 18 months ago gradually brought my score down from 130 to a 105 average. My aim from day 1 was to break 100 but had never achieved this. I followed this course but stayed an extra week on each level. My last 2 games have been 97 and 95. My drives have gone from 170m to 200m. I think the increase in flexability due to this course has helped greatly in this improvement.
