Was an 11 handicap when I was 17, then went 13 years without playing until this year when I finally picked up my clubs again. My plan was - in a couple of years - to get to 0 handicap.
The first task was the get below 80 (my course is a Par 72). This plan has completely revolutionised my game, especially the shot making section, (learning to fade and draw). My biggest issue since the early days has been playing with too much aggression and speed and always going for the "Tiger Swing" resulting in too many snap hooks and recently, tops and thins.
The break 80 had already showed me why that wasn't necessary and how I can control my irons. Then I learned to fade and draw the driver in the next course. I took those lessons to the range and they felt really good. Then went onto the course and hit a 74 having left A LOT of putts out there!
Needless to say, I am absolutely chuffed and excited about how far I can advance if I keep working at these drills.
Thanks guys!

The best part of this is how to practice. It’s so easy to go to the range, hit balls, and leave without a sense of accomplishment. These guys tell you exactly what and how much to practice each drill. I also liked the mental nuggets of how to play the game and avoid trouble.
The drills themselves are good but generic and not specific to the user. It would be nice to have a way of inputting your miss to generate drills.

This is a good course with some good tips .. of course some if one is an experienced golfer one has already heard of. I have yet to break 80 so perhaps when I do I come back and give this a better grade. As this course cannot be personalised I still think one could tailor it a bit better so for example have a section for people that draw the ball too much and a section for those that fade

Great series of videos. This year on my league I took low average on my league and finished with a 5 handicap. We play 9 holes every week. I had 6 rounds this year where i shot a 40. This series helps me pay attention to the little things that I need to tweak and what to look for to play a little smarter about how to work my way around a golf course. Great job guys!!!

Really awesome series. Don’t know that I would change much about it. Maybe add some type of a PDF document with shorthand that can help us as we practice - Though I created something like this on my own and it’s probably helpful to develop it individually.

Excellent! Loads of practice time, but with intent. Rather than just smacking away at the range, it gave direction to practice time. Both rounds I played during the program I broke 80. One 78, and one 74! Best I’ve shot in a decade! Thanks gents

May 2020 I was a 13.9 handicap. Since watching a few of the coaching plans and practicing more at the range, as of July 4th 2020 I am now down to a 10 handicap and have broken 80 four times in the last 13 rounds.
Thanks Lads!! cheers 🍻

Super helpful. The "On course tips" and "par savers" were particularly helpful. Would suggest renaming those videos so the content is more clear, and easier to find when scanning through the titles.

Amazing plan because tips are kept simple and useable on the golf course. I feel much more confident and avoid common mistakes that used to destroy my scorecard!

As always, an excellent course. I can't wait until the snow is gone so that I can practice each of the sections with full attention and commitment.
