In episode #24, we are talking to PGA Professional and Performance Coach Karl Morris discussing the importance of the “mind” in golf.
It is now beyond a shadow of a doubt that to be the best you can be, involves a combination of training both Mind and Body. Karl is the creator of The MIND FACTOR which is a PROVEN and PRACTICAL approach to performance coaching that understands the role of the mind in sport and how to get the very best out of yourself.
Karl Morris is one of Europe’s leading Performance Coaches who has worked with and achieved success with SIX Major winners and over a 100 PGA Tour, European Tour, LPGA and Ladies European Tour golfers.
This is a great discussion about experiences and situations that you will have come across out on the course and Karl discusses ways in which you can immediately implement tools in to your game.

Guys this was one of the very best things I’ve ever heard. I enjoyed every second of it and will actually listen again soon to take notes (first listen was on my commute). I played quarterback for “our” football here in the States and my biggest strength was the mental game and dealing with adversity, situations, putting the ball in the right place, etc.
I could never successfully use that same mental strength in golf, likely because I couldn’t figure out exactly how to APPLY it. I think this podcast gave me an entire ring full of keys to try, so to speak, and I’m looking forward to using those. Thanks so much!
HI Will
Thanks so much for your kind words, its amazing how simple things can be. Definitely worth going back in and taking notes. Let us know how you get on with things.
Thanks Piers
