CONDITIONS
GOLF SCHOOLS
All bookings are made and accepted in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions which form the guideline of your contract with Me and My Sports Ltd t/a Me and My Golf.
We are Me and My Sports Limited, trading as Me and My Golf, and we are registered in England and Wales under company number: 07608507

Our VAT number is: 144021362.
- Booking confirmation and Payment
The person making the booking solely or for a group or on behalf of a person or group is responsible to Me and My Golf for all payments in respect of the booking. Once the chosen service is booked you will pay in full and a copy invoice will be sent. From this point a contract exists between you and Me and My Golf. This is non-refundable.
- Cancellation
In the unlikely event Me and My Golf has to cancel any tour/service we will endeavour to offer options to re-schedule. In terms of refunds, we will of course refund to you in full any money paid up to the date of cancellation. Exclusions that apply to refunds by us are also governed by our “Force Majeure” description in Sections 4 of our Terms & Condition. If you choose to cancel yourself, cancellation options will be available up until 14 days before the event. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, you will have the option to cancel for a refund, any cancellations after 4 weeks before the event will be non-refundable and we will organise alternative dates for you to attend. Please ensure that you have holiday insurance as advised in section 5 of our Terms & Conditions.
- Changes to your bookings
We will endeavour to accommodate any changes you wish to make up to 10 weeks prior to arrival free of charge. All changes must be advised in writing to Me and My Golf quoting the invoice reference number. Changes to your booking made after this time will be subject to an administration fee of £50 for each change.
- Force majeure
Me and My Golf will not be liable for refunds for money paid for tour/service or expenses incurred through travel delay, travel cancellation, acts of god, force majeure or events beyond our control. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control such as war or threat of war, pandemic outbreaks, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
- Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation, damage or loss of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness including any point made in section 4 of “Force Majeure”.
- Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of your tour/service please inform Me and My Golf in writing within 7 days of your tour end date. The relevant e-mail address is emma.dawson@meandmygolf.com
- Transport
No transport is included in the price of the event. Me and My Golf are not responsible for the organisation or booking of any transport to and from the resort. There will be a shuttle bus from the hotel to the golf course on the mornings of the golf school. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by you, such as flight and travel costs.
- Food
The food that is included will be breakfast for each night’s stay, lunch and dinner on the Monday and lunch on Tuesday.
- Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Law of England.
